  • Who are we? What makes JewelPride different?

JewelPride is different because we offer you an exquisite range of fine jewellery designs from India and a unique and hassle free online shopping experience that you’re sure to enjoy.

  • Where is JewelPride located?

We are an online portal. We do not have any outlets, yet.

  • Does JewelPride have a catalog?

No, we don’t have a print catalog as of now.

  • Do you offer any additional discounts?

Yes, we do offer discounts. The discounts will be seasonal and will be updated on our website as and when required.

  • I can’t find the piece I wanted on the site anymore. Can I still order it?

It might so happen that we discontinue certain pieces or relocate it to some other page. However, we will try our best and make it available for you. Contact JewelPride Customer Delight team.

 

Delivery

  • How much does it cost me to have a JewelPride product delivered to my home?

JewelPride provides free shipping on all items within India.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

For orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. We have several products under the Express Delivery section. These are ready to ship products and will be delivered to your address within 2 to 10 business days.

  • How will the delivery be done?

We process the delivery only through reputed insured couriers like BLUE DART, GATI, SPEED POST. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

  • How safe is my product?

Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services like BLUE DART, GATI, SPEED POST for orders within India and UPS for international orders. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

  • Does JewelPride deliver internationally?

No, right now we do not offer international delivery.

  • Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?

Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our Customer Delight team at +91 9819491097 for assistance.

For orders that are ready for dispatch, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.

Returns and Exchanges

  • What is your Return Policy?

Our 30-day No Questions asked Return Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we’ll happily provide you with a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of the shipping date. Yes, it’s that simple. We can only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the certification. Note: Custom made jewellery does not qualify for return or refund.

  • Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?

We offer FREE Return Shipping. You’ll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 30-day return policy.

  • How do I return the product to JewelPride within 30days?

Contact our customer delight team at +91 9819491097.

As soon as we receive your request we will courier you aJewelPridetamper proof package. This will come pre-printed with our return address and unique serial number. It will also have your Name and Address on the outside return area.

Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by JewelPride. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.

Once your package is ready, just contact our customer delight team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.

In some locations, it may so happen that our logistic partners do not offer a reverse pick up. In such a case, we will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your tamper proof package of JewelPride jewellery.
You will not be charged anything for this return shipping. In case, there are any expenses incurred by you, please send us a scanned copy of the receipt and we will be happy to reimburse these to your JewelPride account.

Once your returned item is received by JewelPride, your refund or new item will be processed.

 

Jewellery

  • Can I order a ring in a size that isn’t offered on the site?

Please call our Customer Delight team and they will help you with possible choices.

  • Is my jewellery authentic and certified?

All jewellery bought from JewelPride.com is certified by IGI or GIA or EGL, etc, some of the most respected and trusted diamond grading bodies in the world.

  • I lost my jewellery certificate, can I get a duplicate?

Yes we can arrange a duplicate for you for Rs 500. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the certificate as a watermark.

  •  Can I re-size my Ring?

Incase your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in the new size, with free to and fro shipping. If it is a bigger ring you require, we will only charge you the additional price of the new ring, as listed on our website. For a smaller ring, we will be happy to refund you the additional amount paid by you while placing the initial order. This is applicable on re-sizing requests received within 20 days of shipping date.

  • Are your prices lower than a local jewellery store?

Absolutely! Our products are offered with no overheads like rent and inventory costs, so we happily pass on the benefit to our customers.

  • How should I place an order online?

Please follow these simple steps:

  • Select your piece of Jewellery and “Add to your Shopping Bag’
  • Click on ‘Secure Checkout’ if you have finalized your order, else ‘Continue Shopping’
  • Enter your Email Address and Name on the Secure Checkout Screen and proceed for Billing and Shipping
  • Enter your shipping details and continue to the Payment Options
  • Select your Mode of Payment and Place the order
  • You will receive an order confirmation email to the e-mail you provided while placing your order.

 

  • Can I order by phone?

  • How to Cancel an Order?

  • How do I track my order after it has been shipped?

Please log in to your JewelPrides account and track your order in the “Order History” section of your account.

  • How do I make a payment for a JewelPride purchase?

JewelPrides offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking and cash on delivery. For international orders, we accept payments through PayPal.

All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. JewelPride and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

  • Are there any hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay.

  • How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We accept VISA and Master Card (Indian cards only). You will need to key in your 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value – found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.

After Purchase Questions

  • Do you match prices if an item I purchased goes down in price later?

All sales prices are final and JewelPride does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.

  • Can I take a ring to my local jeweller to have it resized?

Of course, but we don’t recommend it. We can’t accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else. Having someone else work on a piece also voids the 30 day return and lifetime exchange policy, because these kinds of modifications, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.
